I think this is wonderful, there isn't anything horrifying about it. This character is beloved and respected by millions of people across the planet. The cultural impact will be immense, and despite the backlash by the usual morons, I think the reactions will be mostly positive.

Haha, good point. I think in Dumbledore's case though it was more or less confirming what was already a rumor. Clearly he's going to be out of work for a while now. :D
